CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS

We’ll kick things off with an in-depth conversation about your program. We’ll discuss your group's identity, goals, timeline, and the style of music you’re aiming for. Whether you have a clear vision or need some help brainstorming, I’m here to make sure the music aligns with your ensemble’s strengths and your overall vision.

Once we’ve got the details, you’ll receive a contract that outlines the work, timelines, and deliverables. Once it's signed and the deposit is received, your project is officially added to my schedule. 

If your arrangement includes copyrighted material, the band director will be responsible for securing the appropriate licensing. I’m more than happy to help with this process for an additional fee, ensuring everything is legally squared away for your group.

Now it’s time for the fun part—writing your arrangement! You’ll get to review drafts as I go, and minor edits can be made to ensure everything is perfect for your ensemble. I’m committed to creating a sound that makes your group shine, so I’m always open to feedback and ready to make minor adjustments as necessary.

Once the arrangement is finalized, you’ll receive a complete package with everything you need: PDF scores and parts, XML files, and high-quality MP3 recordings. Everything will be ready to go!

Want to give your students that extra boost? I offer optional practice tracks (individual instrument click tracks) and fundamental packets to help your group stay on track and refine their skills. These tools are available for a small additional fee to further support your program.
